About Email Notifications
Information for email administrators
Make sure your mail system allows emails from the @tiu11.org domain. Emails are sent from CONNECT Helpline <app-mailer@tiu11.org>. This account is not monitored.
Emails reply to the support email, help@connectpa.net, allowing users to use natural email communication as much as possible.
CONNECT Helpline sends the following emails to keep you informed about activity on your account.
Welcome User
- Sent when someone registers a new user account. An administrator can opt out when they register on behalf of someone.
- To: user
User Password Reset
- Sent when requested to the user’s registered email. A secure link in the email allows them to change their password, then it expires.
- To: user
Referral
In non-production environments, delivery is limited to: tiu11.org, eita-pa.org, pattan.net, connectpa.net
- Sent each time a referral is "sent". This email includes a secure link to get details about the referral and the child.
- To: agency and active contacts
